Spiral No Lap Belts

Marvel Spiral No Lap Bands are constructed from a quality resin bonded cloth, laminated over an inner cloth liner, to create a rigid uniform abrasive tool. Feature/Benefits Fast removal and replacement, for minimum downtime. Spiral wound construction offers smooth, even cutting action to prevent shadow marks, skipping and bumping. Wide range of grit sizes will produce a variety of surface finishes.

Safety Recommendations

Sleeves should be operated in accordance with suggested maximum RPM ratings indicated for like-sized rubber cushioned drums.

Applications

• Versatile aluminum oxide grain works well on a broad spectrum of materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood, plastic and rubber.
• Coarser grits can be used for aggressive cutting, stock removal and shaping.
• Cylinder type shape adapts well to contoured and curved surfaces and penetrates well into hard-to-reach areas.

Rubber Cushioned Drums

Marvel rubber cushioned drums are fabricated from premium expandable rubber for added durability. Hardened steel shanks with female threaded expansion nuts facilitate quick change-over and balanced operation during use.
